Licence Condition
The licensee must submit to the Regional Manager, Hunter a Catchment Improvement Program Progress Report that provides the following: (i) all catchment improvement options considered by the licensee including the costs, benefits and risks associated with each option; (ii) stakeholder engagement carried out by the licensee in determining preferred catchment improvement options; (iii) preferred catchment improvement options to be implemented; (iv) key deliverables of each catchment improvement option to be implemented such as reduction in pollutant achieved; (v) timeframe for implementation of each catchment improvement option The report is to be submitted electronically to hunter.region@epa.nsw.gov.au by 14 December 2016.
